Alain Ranger has been practising tax law for more than 40 years, more specifically tax law as it relates to corporate and business law. Over the years, Alain has developed a reputation for his advices in a variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, foreign investments, structured financings, and corporate tax.
Alain successfully develops and implements tax optimization strategies for public and private clients, domestic and international. In disputes, Alain's extensive experience is also sought to negotiate with tax and para-tax authorities.
