Claudia Feldkamp advises clients on corporate law matters, with a particular focus on governance, anti-bribery and corruption, and evolving domestic and international compliance and reporting standards in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, international trade and investment law.
Claudia’s practice includes assisting clients manage their relations with governments and international institutions on matters of governance, accountability and political law compliance.
Claudia advises Canadian businesses (operating both inside and outside of Canada), on how to best manage the risk of human rights impacts in their operations and supply chains, as well as guiding them on corporate reporting obligations, including those under Canada’s new Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.
Claudia holds an LLM in constitutional and European Union law from the London School of Economics, and a doctorate in law from Columbia University in New York City. Claudia’s PhD focused on the legitimacy and the binding nature of obligations under the World Trade Organization, and proper forms of dispute resolution through various remedies. Claudia speaks in English, French and German.
