Daniel Conrad practices in the area of banking and finance law.
Daniel routinely represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers on both bilateral and syndicated, secured and unsecured, domestic and international financing transactions. Daniel’s transactional experience spans several industries, including mining, automotive, health care, food and beverage, and telecommunications.
A graduate from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, Daniel finished first in his class with summa cum laude distinction, receiving the Board of Governor’s Medal in each of his three years of legal studies. Daniel was also the recipient of the Governor General’s Medal for graduating from law school with the highest overall grade amongst all graduating students at the University of Windsor, across all undergraduate faculties (including but not limited to the Faculty of Law).
Daniel summered with the firm and was seconded to Manulife Financial. He also articled with the firm.
