Overview

David (Dave) Ferris is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group. He has advised both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions across a wide range of industries and sectors, including mining, automotive, energy, financial services, general manufacturing, sports & entertainment, health care, technology, telecommunications, transportation and retail.

His practice focuses on domestic and multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial debt transactions and he has extensive experience structuring and negotiating syndicated facilities, capital call facilities, letter of credit facilities, project financings, mezzanine lending and sustainability and ESG linked financings. David has a particular focus in multi-jurisdictional acquisition, project and mine financing.

Noted by various leading directories for his work, David is recognized in current editions of IFLR, Lexpert and Who’s Who Legal as a leading lawyer in banking and finance.
