Douglas G. Gilbert’s serves as strategic advisor and advocate on behalf of many national and multinational employers. His practice focuses on collective bargaining, labour and employment litigation. He represents clients before federal and provincial labour relations boards, in arbitration proceedings and in employment and human rights claims before the courts and tribunals.
