Érik is passionate about his area of practice and strives to work in partnership with clients. As both advisor and lawyer, he practices primarily in labour and employment law. He offers preventive and strategic advice to clients from many fields of business and industry and frequently represents clients before administrative tribunals and the superior courts.

Érik has been recognized by several directories as one of the best lawyers in Canada in his practice area. The companies he serves benefit from his practical approach, his thorough examination of their issues and his pro-active ideas, often from the point when a dispute first arises. These qualities have stood him in good stead over the years in developing effective solutions in order to avoid lengthy and costly litigation.

His experience is sought after for collective bargaining and crisis management or for advising managers. His practice covers issues related to dismissals, collective agreements, psychological harassment, human rights, labour standards and individual employment contracts. Érik provides effective solutions in connection with reorganizations, subcontracting and other corporate transactions.
