Overview

Jean-François Cloutier is a partner at Fasken and focuses his practice on the areas of labour and employment law as well as on administration law. He advises businesses from both the public and private sectors and represents them before civil courts and administrative tribunals.

In recent years, he has taken an interest in all aspects of both collective and individual employment relations. He also has extensive experience in matters of legal-medical import, specifically in absenteeism management, the duty to accommodate and psychological harassment.

Jean-François Cloutier is involved in a variety of training activities and teaches administrative law at the École du Barreau du Québec.
