Peggy McCallum practices exclusively in the area of pensions and employee benefits.
Peggy provides advice on all aspects of pension plans, supplemental retirement arrangements, and other employee and post-retirement benefits plans for employers, administrators, service providers, regulators, and government. She also provides support in pension litigation before all levels of courts and tribunals.
Peggy has a broad range of experience in the pension sector, including several years as senior legal counsel to the former Pension Commission of Ontario.
Peggy was appointed by Colleges Ontario as a member of the Sponsors Committee of the Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology (CAAT) Plan from 2004 to 2016. She is a former chair of the Ontario Bar Association pension and benefits section, and is active in the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association, and the Association of Canadian Pension Management.
