A significant portion of Stephen’s practice involves providing counsel to large and mid-sized businesses on acquisitions and divestment strategies, corporate governance, complex corporate reorganizations and material commercial agreements. Advising on the incorporation and registration of regulated financial institutions, Stephen also works on various portfolio transfers among regulated financial institutions.
