Montréal (Canada) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, is proud to announce that Marc-André Fabien, AdE, senior partner and widely recognized litigator and dispute resolution lawyer, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier professional legal associations in North America. Marc-André’s induction makes him the 67th member of the College in Québec, and the only Québec lawyer inducted this year.

The American College of Trial Lawyers recognizes the best trial lawyers from the United States and Canada. Fellows are chosen by invitation only. Fellowship is limited to one percent of the lawyers in any individual state or province, and candidates must have at least 15 years’ trial law experience.

Marc-André is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. As a result of his strategic expertise, his counsel is frequently sought in complex litigation subject to media scrutiny. Marc-André has pleaded before all levels of courts, and was awarded the title of Lawyer Emeritus by the Québec Bar in 2012. He is involved in numerous charities in the fields of art, sports and education.
