Montréal (Canada) - Fasken is proud to announce the appointment of partner Ryan Rabinovitch as a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada. This prestigious appointment was made public by the Honourable Arif Virani, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, on December 6, 2024.

Ryan is known for his extensive experience in tax matters and his remarkable professional career. Before joining the Firm in 2017 and serving as a co-leader of the Montréal Tax group, he held a variety of positions in the legal profession including serving as law clerk to the Honourable Louise Arbour at the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also been a member of the International Bar Association, the Association de planification fiscale et financière, and was a Governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
