On May 4, 2018, Frontier Capital completed the acquisition of Agreement Express Inc. and its subsidiary corporations through a plan of arrangement. Agreement Express is a Vancouver-based SaaS digital onboarding platform provider focused on streamlining and enhancing the client experience for wealth management, payments, and insurance providers.
