Alexandre is a consultant in the London office of Fasken. Working in both French and English, he has extensive transactional experience in France, Asia and various French and English speaking African jurisdictions. Alexandre is experienced in secured and syndicated lending, project and infrastructure finance.
Previously, Alexandre was a partner in the Johannesburg office of Fasken for five years, advising on numerous financing transactions. He also acted as in-house counsel in the banking and development finance sector where he counselled on multiple cross-border transactions in telecommunications, power and energy, including renewable energy, for public and private beneficiaries.
