Alice Wang is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.
Alice graduated with degrees in common law and civil law from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University, where she focused on Operations Management & Information Systems, and was on the Dean’s Honour Roll for four years.
While at McGill, Alice worked as a Senior Advocate with the Legal Information Clinic’s Student Advocacy Office and received the Director’s Award for her work. In addition, Alice was a Senior Editor on the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law, intake volunteer with the International Refugee Assistance Project, VP Communications of the McGill Law Negotiation Club, VP Management of the McGill East Asian Law Student Association, advisory board member of the Student Affairs Office, Law Partners mentor, and Student Ambassador volunteer. During law school, Alice participated in the Harold G. Fox IP Moot, where she earned the award for top oralist. She and her partner were also awarded best appellant factum.
Alice worked previously for the Ontario government, where she conducted research and assisted in drafting policy within the areas of data privacy and data security in the youth justice sector.
For the past decade, Alice has been a dedicated volunteer with the Centre for Immigrant and Community Services. Alice is a painter and loves travel sketching. She also enjoys theatre, pottery, and crosswords.
