Anagha Nandakumaran’s practice is focused chiefly on technology, corporate and commercial matters.
Anagha advises clients on technology, IT, corporate and commercial transactions. She works on an array of matters, including complex IT and non-IT outsourcing, software licensing, cloud, emerging technologies, managed services, strategic partnerships, privacy, and technology aspects of M&A transactions.
Anagha draws from her prior significant in-house experience as Corporate Counsel in a leading North American information technology multinational where she structured and negotiated deals in the social, mobility, analytics and cloud space. As a Legal Counsel in an established Canadian insurance company, Anagha managed their technology, privacy and commercial transactions. Anagha also worked at a Band 1 Chambers-ranked Indian law firm where she advised a host of clients in the banking, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industry on technology and corporate files.
Outside of her practice, Anagha is a Section Executive with the Ontario Bar Association’s Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law Section and the Privacy and Access to Information Law Section.
