Andréa practices in all areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. She provides pragmatic and effective advice in both French and English.
Andréa graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section (LL.L). During her last year, she acted as a mentor for first year students. Andréa continued her studies at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, Common Law Section, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the National Program (J.D.). She represented the Common Law Section at the Laskin moot, a national bilingual moot court competition in Canadian administrative and constitutional law, where she and her colleague ranked third best pair in the finals. Prior to law school, Andréa studied in Commerce and business management at collegial level and at the University of Ottawa. During her studies, Andréa obtained numerous awards for her academic excellence and worked as a research assistant for professors of the Faculty.
Before joining as an Associate, Andréa spent a year clerking for a judge at the Federal Court. Both her studies and her various work experiences provide her with a good understanding of the Civil Law and Common Law legal systems.
