Andrew’s practice includes advising employers on workplace policies, executive compensation, restrictive covenants, privacy issues, terminations, grievances, human rights accommodation, employment standards claims, severance analysis, employee discipline, ownership of work product, corporate transactions, insolvency and restructuring matters, and workplace investigations.
Andrew regularly acts as counsel for employers in wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations, and employment standards complaints.
