Anny is an articling student and a recent graduate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary. She also has a Bachelor of Health Sciences (First Class) with a specialization in Biomedical Science.
During law school, Anny volunteered as a caseworker for Student Legal Assistance and has been involved with the Society of Law Students as an events representative and a member of the graduation committee. Anny has also worked for a drilling company on oil and gas contracts, and for the Government of Alberta as a legal transcriptionist throughout her studies. Anny’s previous experiences include cancer and respiratory research with the Hotchkiss Brain Institute and the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. She has also worked abroad in South Korea as an English teacher to rural public schools.
As a travel enthusiast, Anny completed her 3L semester abroad at the University of Glasgow in Scotland and travels whenever the opportunity arises. She is a passionate foodie and enjoys checking out the growing food scene in Calgary.
