Audrey Charest practices labour and construction law at our Montreal office. She cumulates several years' experience in the construction industry as a lawyer in labour relations, occupational health and safety and criminal law.
Audrey works on a variety of business and management issues, including the application and interpretation of Bill R-20, collective agreements and workforce management. She also has experience as a corporate trainer on psychological and sexual harassment in the workplace.
Audrey has extensive experience representing clients before the courts, including the Administrative Labour Tribunal (occupational health and safety, labour relations, construction and professional qualification divisions), the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, as well as in grievance arbitration.
Audrey places great importance on providing the strategic support companies need to meet the challenges they may face, at any stage of a litigation situation.
Her many years as a lawyer at the Association des constructeurs de routes et grands travaux du Québec have enabled her to develop considerable assets to benefit her current practice.
Audrey obtained her LLB in 2011 following studies at Université Laval.
