A leading figure in real estate law in Quebec, Audrey-Julie Dallaire is a partner at our Montreal office. Having worked for many years as Director of Legal Affairs, Audrey-Julie brings extensive experience in real estate and construction law, as well as a strong background in municipal, administrative, and environmental law.
Audrey-Julie has represented clients in administrative, civil, and criminal disputes before the courts. Her valuable experience and extensive knowledge of real estate law make her an excellent negotiator for partnerships and contracts.
Audrey-Julie has also served as a lecturer for the Master's program in Construction Engineering at École de technologie supérieure and as a course instructor for the faculties of Law and Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke. She is the author of several legal publications on municipal law and a sought-after speaker. She has been a finalist in the Mid-Market Excellence category at the Canadian General Counsel Awards in 2022.
A member of the Quebec Bar since 2005 and the Ontario Bar since 2021, Audrey-Julie is also a recipient of a Leadership in Corporate Counsel Certificate from Harvard Law School Executive Education.
