Ben Stein is a paralegal in Fasken's London office assisting on matters across a range of practice areas including Corporate/Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance and Litigation Dispute and Resolution.
Ben has developed a deep understanding of legal principles and practices through his professional experience working on commercial law matters.
Prior to joining Fasken, Ben completed a Bachelor of Laws where he graduated with First-Class Honours, before obtaining a Master of Laws at Queen Mary University of London.
Alongside his undergraduate degree, Ben was a valuable member of the Mooting Society and worked with the Legal Advice Centre which provides pro-bono advice and has recovered over £6 million in compensation for the local community.
Throughout both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Ben was a keen member of his respective university's rugby teams. During his LLB, Ben played in the University Performance Team in one of the highest tiers of the British Universities and Colleges Sport's league.
Ben brings an enthusiastic and personable character to the London office. His attention to detail, strong communication skills and natural interest in the wider commercial nature of deals allows him to contribute naturally and meaningfully to the Fasken corporate team across a wide variety of industries.
