In addition, security documents, such as mortgage bonds, special notarial bonds, and long-term leases in the energy sector, to meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Caleb advises on regulatory compliance and applicable legislation across corporate, commercial, and property contexts, covering diverse sectors and providing insights on legislative impacts.

His experience includes conducting legal research and analysis, offering advice in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
