Camille Duguay is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Her practice covers various areas, including class actions, consumer protection, and product liability.
Camille acts regularly for manufacturers, distributors, importers and retailers in the defence of significant private and class actions and advises the same on the regulatory requirements, including consumer protection legislation.
Camille received a bachelor’s degree in law in 2016 and a Juris Doctor in Common Law in 2017, both from the Université de Montréal.
In 2018, Camille was awarded the Prix de l'Orateur Francophone 2018 organized by the Young Bar of Montréal and represented Montreal in the Concours d’éloquence Mario Stasi in Paris.
