Camille Marceau is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial Group in our Montréal office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private issues and infrastructure projects, both public and private.
As part of her practice, Camille advises various clients in the drafting of share and asset purchase agreements, supply, sales, service and construction contracts, as well as confidentiality agreements.
Camille obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil law and common law from McGill University in 2017, in addition to completing a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the Université de Montréal in 2014. Camille has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2018 and is also a member of the Bar of Montréal and the Canadian Bar Association.
Prior to joining Fasken, Camille practised as an associate in the business law group of a major international law firm in Montréal.
