Carol Chapman is an E-Discovery Project Manager in the firm’s Toronto Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group specializing in E-discovery services. Carol has worked in the area of Litigation Support and E-Discovery for over 26 years.
Assisting in all aspects of E-discovery, Carol works with case teams to plan discovery projects for both electronically stored information and paper, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review and production of client evidence. Carol works alongside lawyers and law clerks to ensure that all case content, document management and database administrative functions are performed to meet the needs of the case teams in accordance with firm and industry protocols.
Carol serves as project manager on assigned cases or acts as lead during specific phases of large litigation matters, such as discovery or trial preparation. Carol also works with and trains lawyers, law clerks and other staff members on the use of litigation technology.
