Carrie has a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice. She has helped clients navigate issues including breach of contract, negligence, shareholder disputes, environmental contamination, debt recovery, and fraud.
Carrie has experience representing clients in matters before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Energy Regulator, and the Surface Rights Board.
Carrie also practices in privacy and cybersecurity, including working with clients to respond quickly and effectively to privacy and data breaches. She helps clients develop privacy policies and procedures in compliance with applicable privacy legislation, and has experience making and responding to requests for access to information.
Carrie sits on the Board of Directors of the WSCR Community Association. She also volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance, assisting low-income clients with civil litigation matters.
