Overview

Catherine-Anne Goldrick is a partner within the Real Estate law group in Montreal. Her practice focuses primarily on transactional real estate law and infrastructure. As such, Catherine-Anne represents owners, financial institutions, government entities, landlords and tenants in the context of purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, public-private partnerships and leasing matters. As part of her practice, Catherine-Anne drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, security documents, leases and related documentation.  

 

Catherine-Anne graduated with great distinction in civil law from the University of Ottawa. While a student, Catherine-Anne spent time as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore. After receiving her civil law degree, she completed a Juris Doctor at the Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in law from McGill University. 

 

Catherine-Anne spent many years competing in downhill skiing and also enjoys running and cycling in her spare time.

 

Before joining the firm in 2017, Catherine-Anne practised with a large international firm in Montreal.

  • LaSalle Canada Core Real Property, L.P. acquires 50% interest in Maison Manuvie, [Deal - LaSalle Investment Management (Canada) on behalf of LaSalle Canada Core Real Property, L.P.]
  • TD Bank invests C$150 million for the construction of three retirement home projects developed by Group Maurice, [Deal - TD Bank], Long-term financing approved for three retirement home projects in and around the Montreal area.
