Chris Semerjian is a partner working in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. A seasoned and versatile litigator, Chris is particularly active in complex litigation requiring the issuance of injunction orders to enforce non-compete clauses or to prohibit unfair competition practices.
His extensive experience has led him to work in many Anton Piller cases involving the misappropriation of confidential information. He has also worked in cases before the Superior Court in intellectual property matters which allowed him to obtain, in one of the rare precedents of the last decade, the issuance of an interlocutory injunction in a patent infringement dispute.
Chris is also called upon to work in major cases for the firm’s clients in contractual and commercial matters, including with respect to questions arising from the interpretation and termination of contracts of various nature.
Chris also acts in public, administrative and constitutional law matters, as well as in class actions proceedings.
Recognized as one of the best litigation lawyers under forty by Benchmark and as a rising star in the field of commercial litigation, Chris is regularly invited as a speaker by various organizations.
