Christophe Leduc is a well-rounded litigator in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in our Montréal office. His experience includes complex commercial litigation, injunctions, seizures, and urgent and extraordinary relief. This includes orders for civil searches (Anton Piller), compelling the production of information (Norwich) and freezing assets (Mareva), and other types of safeguard orders.
With a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Christophe has a deep understanding of the strategic and operational issues his clients face. He leverages his blend of legal and business skills to propose practical solutions tailored to business realities, thereby helping clients make informed and effective decisions.
