Overview

Cynthia Bachaalani is a lawyer within the Labour, Employment & Human Rights group in our Montreal office. 

As part of her practice, she advises and represents clients in various aspects of labour and employment law, both in collective and individual labour relations, providing employers with a variety of strategic advice.  This includes the drafting of employment-related documents such as contracts, internal policies, confidentiality agreements, telework agreements, termination of employment and restrictive covenants. 

Cynthia has developed an extensive experience  in preventing and managing psychological harassment cases in the workplace and frequently intervenes as an independent advisor or investigator in these types of cases.

Finally, Cynthia also provides employment and labour law advice on mergers, acquisitions and corporate sales. 

Passionate about the law and always attentive to her clients, Cynthia has the expertise needed to deploy creative and innovative solutions that contribute to clients’ success while supporting them in developing and achieving their business objectives.

Skye Bioscience is a US-based biopharmaceutical company focused on development of proprietary cannabinoid derivatives for medical treatment of various diseases.
