Overview

David is developing a broad corporate practice with experience in all facets of banking and finance, corporate real estate and commercial transactions.

David has experience working on both domestic and international bilateral and syndicated financings for agents, lenders and borrowers, commercial real estate acquisitions/divestitures, leasing and financings, as well as with general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to becoming an associate, David summered with Fasken after his first year of law school and articled with Fasken after graduating from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law.
