Delphine Culat joined Fasken in 2021 after completing the second year of her Bachelor of Law at Université Laval.
During her law studies, Delphine worked as a research assistant in dispute prevention and resolution methods for a professor in Université Laval’s Faculty of Law, which helped crystallize her interest for access to justice. She places great emphasis on helping others and on her colleagues’ well-being, and also worked as a mentor at the Université Laval Support Centre for Bachelor of Laws students.
Delphine also clerked at the Quebec Court of Appeal for the Honorable Suzanne Gagné, and participated in the Laskin Moot.
Delphine is interested in international politics, and had the opportunity to participate in the McGill Model United Nations Assembly, where she discussed the impacts of human trafficking on the international community, and in the Québec National Assembly’s Tournoi des jeunes démocrates, where her team won the bronze medal.
In her free time, Delphine enjoys hiking, downhill skiing, reading and piano.
