Dennis Haszko is a patent agent in the Intellectual Property group at our Montreal office. Having served as a USPTO patent examiner early in his career, Dennis Haszko has over two decades of patent agent experience in the US and Canada.
Dennis has represented global clients within private practice in the electrical, mechanical, and computer arts ranging from start-ups through established companies as well as working as in-house patent counsel for multinational corporations in the telecommunications and biomedical sectors. He focuses on providing clients with worldwide patent strategies including substantial experience with industrial design protection.
As a trusted business partner, he is a registered patent agent licensed to directly prosecute patent applications in the patent offices of both Canada and the United States for clients who are located anywhere domestically or abroad.
He holds degrees in both engineering and law, and his professional experience has involved working with diverse areas including telecommunications, biomedical devices, battery mechanisms, oil drilling machinery, engineering testing devices, electronics, computer-implemented technical solutions, and a myriad of other technologies.
