Élodie Bussières joined the Fasken team in the fall of 2024 as part of her co-op internship program at the Université de Sherbrooke.
Élodie is currently pursuing an academic path that combines a law degree with a master's degree in biology. Passionate about the connection between law and life sciences, she is particularly interested in areas such as intellectual property, pharmaceutical and technology law.
During her studies in the fall of 2023, Élodie had the opportunity to participate in an exchange at the Université de Montpellier in France, which allowed her to develop a better understanding of international legal issues. She has also worked as a teaching and research assistant, including in the field of life sciences law, honing her skills in legislative and doctrinal research. She currently holds the position of Coordinator at the Centre d'entraide à l'étude en droit at the Université de Sherbrooke.
In her spare time, Élodie enjoys theatre, swimming and new cultural experiences.
