Éloïse is a lawyer in our Banking & Finance group. She focuses her practice on banking law and advises financial institutions and borrowers alike on provincial, national and international financings.
Éloïse was called to the Québec Bar in 2020 after completing her Bachelor of Civil Law at Université de Montréal. Exceptionally, she spent her last year at University of Ottawa to follow the Common Law curriculum and be able to work as a parliamentary and legislative assistant for the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development.
Previously, Éloïse had the opportunity to complete a special internship in Brussels with an international firm known for its expertise in competition and European law. Before joining Fasken, Éloïse practised in the areas of commercial law, corporate law and bank financing at a global firm.
