Emily Dufresne is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial Group at the Montréal office. Her practice focuses primarily on advising high-growth startups in their financing rounds.
Emily obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Development from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from the Common Law Faculty at the University of Ottawa. She is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Barreau du Québec. She spends much of her free time engaged in outdoor activities, and is an avid reader.
Before joining Fasken, Emily practiced law in an international law firm.
