Overview

Emily Hubling assists clients in fulfilling their unique estate-planning and wealth management objectives, through the use of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Domestic Contracts. Emily works closely with clients’ advisors to provide a holistic approach to planning.

Emily also has experience in advising estate trustees in administering a range of complex estate matters, including intestacies, cross-border matters, and contested estates.

Emily is an active member of the Toronto Estates Bar. She served on the Ontario Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section Executive from 2017-2021, is a former chair of the Junior Trusts and Estates Practitioners (JTEP) group, and is a volunteer with the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners' (STEP) Toronto Branch. She regularly speaks on issues related to estate and succession planning, and is a contributor to the "All About Estates" blog.
