Overview

Erin is developing a broad practice in commercial litigation, with a focus on regulatory, environmental, energy and Indigenous law. Erin has experience assisting clients to develop and defend applications before a variety of administrative tribunals, including the Canada Energy Regulator, Alberta Utilities Commission and the Alberta Land and Property Rights Tribunal.

During law school, Erin acted as Co-President of the Environmental Law Society, participated in the Mooting & Debating Program, and volunteered with Student Legal Assistance. Erin achieved Dean’s List standing during all three years of law school.

Erin’s work experience prior to joining the firm includes work in environmental conservation and research in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario, as well as working for education and legal tech startups.
