Fasken Martineau invites you to the 28th Fasken Forum – Labour, Employment, Human Rights, Pensions & Benefits Conference on April 26, 2013. Please note that this year the conference will be held at the Toronto Board of Trade.
In addition to providing a general review of the year's most important legal developments, this year's conference will include presentations on the evolution of employee privacy rights, constructive dismissal, the duty to accommodate employees on the basis of their family status, pension reform and an update on the implementation and enforcement of the AODA.
