Fasken Martineau's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Law Group is pleased to invite you to its Breakfast Seminar Series. The conferences will address topical issues in this evolving field and are intended for all professionals who want to enhance and update their legal knowledge and will provide great networking opportunities.
Increasingly, CSR values and principles are incorporated into the way in which a company goes about its business and are reflected in policies, codes and strategies. We will present the different type of codes and policies that can be adopted, from comprehensive codes of conduct to specific policies that address issues such as business ethics, bribery and corruption, supply chain management, sustainability and receiving gifts. Challenges in implementing and enforcing CSR codes and policies, as well as relevant international norms and legislation that provide a regulatory context will be discussed.
