Virginia Poter, Director General, Industrial Sectors, Chemicals and Waste Directorate, Environment Canada will speak about the Chemicals Management Plan administered jointly by Environment Canada and Health Canada with a particular focus on implications for the automotive industry. Jean-Pierre Le Blanc, Acting Director of Communications and Spokesperson, Office québécois de la langue française, will provide an overview of the Charter of the French Language as it applies to business activities conducted within the automotive sector.
