Fasken Martineau’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group is pleased to invite you to a seminar on mediation.
With the coming into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure, mediation is now one of the main dispute prevention and resolution processes. The training session will examine the nature and principal legal characteristics of mediation as well as the mediation procedure. Participants will learn more about the legal framework surrounding mediation and the different practical considerations that will help them master the process and increase their chances of successfully settling their cases.
