Fasken's Johannesburg Labour, Employment and Human Rights practice group invites you to a panel discussion on Friday, 9 March 2018, at 08h30 where our team of lawyers will discuss the vexing conundrums that confront employers in managing alcohol and substance abuse in the workplace, with a particular focus on:

  • the divergent views of the courts;
  • the efficacy of zero-tolerance policies in the workplace; and
