Fasken and the Fasken Pride Network invite you to our 2018 Pride celebration! In this Olympic year we focus on the experience of athletes who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Hear from a panel of experts about the legal protections for LGBTQ+ athletes, efforts to address homophobia and transphobia in sports, including institutional responses from both amateur and professional sports organizations, and the unique challenges and personal journeys of LGBTQ+ athletes. Gain a deeper understanding of the issues affecting LGBTQ+ athletes, and the important work being done to challenge stereotypes and foster inclusion -- both for amateur athletes and for professional athletes whose teams are also their workplaces. Join us afterwards for a reception to celebrate Pride 2018.
