While most workplaces have transitioned to a remote work setting, Provincial Governments are now distributing vaccines more broadly to Canadians. With vaccination efforts increasing, many employers are contemplating what a return to the workplace will look like for their organization.
Post-pandemic, the concept of the traditional workplace has shifted. In this “Returning to the Workplace” seminar, we discuss the practical and legal considerations involved in developing a return to the “workplace” post-pandemic.
Specific topics include:
- Considering whether flexible work is suitable for your workplace
- Employee morale, engagement and the work environment
- Accommodations: bridging the gap and post-remote work requirements
- Constructive dismissal considerations
- Health and safety protocols and procedures
