In late October 2022, the Federation of Law Societies of Canada released a blockbuster report on the National Study on the Mental Health of the Legal Profession in Canada. The report was based on a survey of over 7,000 Canadian lawyers and is packed with significant, interesting and troubling data about the health of the legal profession in Canada.
