Overview

In late October 2022, the Federation of Law Societies of Canada released a blockbuster report on the National Study on the Mental Health of the Legal Profession in Canada. The report was based on a survey of over 7,000 Canadian lawyers and is packed with significant, interesting and troubling data about the health of the legal profession in Canada. Brook Greenberg, K.C., a member of the Federation Steering Committee that commissioned the report will review the findings in the report, and will discuss what legal professionals, legal employers, and law departments can do to address these issues. You will not want to miss this session, which will provide you with the most comprehensive and up-to-the-minute understanding of how legal professionals in Canada are doing, and how we can improve the profession for everyone.
