Join us on March 29th for the first hybrid event in our series: Canadian Transparency Legislation relating to Tax Disclosures/Property Ownership – an Update.
This will be an overview of the mandatory disclosure rules contained in the Canadian federal tax legislation, as well as a brief summary of the equivalent rules in Québec and of the transparency legislation in Québec requiring disclosures on the holding or acquisition of shares or real property.
