Issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) have become imperative to address long term corporate sustainability. There are a number of considerations that organizations need to manage, from increased focus on social justice, expectations of talent, to stakeholder activism. In this session, our panel will discuss the implications of these considerations for Canadian and international resource companies and start to unpack some of the complexities that arise from these issues.
