Overview

In this session, our panel will update you on emerging trends and significant developments in collective bargaining over the past year across Canada, including what we are seeing at bargaining tables in different sectors and case studies of significant settlements reached over the course of 2023. In the process, our panel will address what is driving the increase in work stoppages and strategies that can be used to mitigate the risks associated with same.
