Overview

Join our speakers for the final webinar in the third annual Estate Litigation series.

Often questions arise during the administration of an estate or trust about how the executors or trustees are performing their jobs. For example, are the executors/trustees making sound decisions (including investment decisions)? Are they acting in the best interests of the estate/trust and in accordance with their fiduciary duties? Are they acting efficiently? Are they charging a fair amount of compensation?

Join David, Alex and Lily on December 7, 2023 for a discussion about how these questions have been recently addressed by Canadian courts.
